1. How Do I Make Payments?


Best Mobile offers multiple options of payments:


  • Cash On Delivery – You can make payments online using your MasterCard/Verve/Visa cards.

 

  • Online Payment Using A Debit Card – You can make payments online using your MasterCard/Verve/Visa cards.

 

  • Funds Deposit Into Our Bank Account – After placing your order, you will be required to either make a direct deposit or a bank transfer to any of our account numbers. Then call our customer care lines to confirm your payment.

 

  • Payment At Any Of Our Store Branch Locations – You can either pay cash or use the POS machines at any of our retail stores. This payment option is not just limited to the retail stores walk-in customers, online customers can also choose to pay at any of our store branch locations after placing an online order.

2. Do You Offer Installment Payments?


Yes, we do but this is only available to our in store customers. Please call customer care lines to get more details.

3. Will My Card Details Be Secured?


All Debit card details remain confidential and private. Best Mobile’s trusted payment gateway partners uses SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.


4. Why Has My Card Been Declined?


The following reasons may be the cause of your card declination:

 

  • Your card is not recognized. We accept all cards such as VISA, Verve and MasterCard - only Nigerian cards are supported.

 

 

  • You don’t have sufficient funds in the paying account.

 

  • Your card has expired
